About
Danik Renaud (capdan) is an Illustrator, Comic/Storyboard Artist, & Graphic Designer based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. His work revolves around his passion for storytelling, pop culture, and queer representation.
In 2021, he participated in Cégep BD, a comic book competition, which he won. He then had his first indie comic published, launching his future as a visual storyteller.​ Recently Danik has worked as an illustrator, storyboard artist, and character designer for a small publishing company focused on helping children learn to read.

Danik is available for projects and opportunities as he works on his debut graphic novel about his early life experiences growing up as a minority.
